Celebration of 50 years of Range Rover in Australia Half Day Drive combined with a visit to Kyneton Aero Club:
Historic cars and planes-all members welcome
The Trip is in two parts an easy morning drive and then Lunch & afternoon with Kyneton Aero Club. When you sign up please indicate if are joining us on the morning drive up.
Morning Drive: We plan to meet at Calder BP Service station for a 9:00am start then an easy formed back roads drive to Kyneton. We will stop for morning tea at Mt Macedon and proceed to Kyneton Aeroclub arriving about 12:30 for lunch and the rest of the day.
We would love to have as many club-plate and historic cars as possible (They don’t have to be Range Rovers) and as many club members as possible.

Afternoon Event: Everyone is welcome to join the drive up or if you prefer meet us at Kyneton Aero club at 12:30pm for picnic style lunch and tour of cars and historic planes.
The Kyneton Aero Club has kindly invited us to join them where we can display our cars along with a selection of about 10 historic aircraft including Tiger Moths and historic aircraft.

As well as ourselves, the afternoon will involve the local Kyneton community, CFA display and the local Scout group who will offer sausage sizzle / hamburger style lunch for purchase or you can bring your own lunch.
Weather: Spring in Victoria, expect anything and review the weather forecast leading up to the trip and bring appropriate clothing.
Equipment: Not required except for potential breakdowns!

Passengers & non-member participation: If you wish to bring a passenger that is not a partner or your child visit they must register as Temporary Members to join in. See our website for details.
Temporary (Guest) Membership
Temporary Members are NOT allowed to drive with out speaking to the Trip Leader first. This is to ensure that the driver and vehicle are sufficiently prepared for the trip.
Meeting arrangements: If you want to participate in the morning drive, we plan to meet at the Calder BP Service station and depart at 9.00am sharp. If you plan to get coffee beforehand then you will need to arrive a little earlier. We will aim to finish about 4.00pm in Kyenton.
