Well, it’s finally happened. Not only are we having our first face-to-face meeting in a long while, but it will be at the East Malvern RSL!

So let's make an event of it.

Note: COVID rules & venue guidelines of the day will apply. 

Date and time: Tuesday 5th April
6:30pm for a long-awaited social gathering - Bring a plate
8:00pm for club meeting start,

Location: East Malvern RSL

Food: Bring a plate.
The RSL will eventually have a 3rd party caterer, but we will need to look after ourselves at the first meeting. So, if you wish to take part in pre-meeting feed/catchup then bring a plate and join in.

Drinks: 2 free drinks per person.
The RSL bar will be open but, by way of celebrating the restart at the RSL, we will buy each person two drinks. This would work like our Christmas parties that we missed over that last couple of years. i.e everyome will get two drinks tokens (aka repurposed raffle tickets)

Guest Speaker:
Dion Henderson, from Weigh Station, will be talking about weighing vehicles and whatever they tow. Dion will also have a portable weighbridge and demonstrate it on a member's car.

Remote Access:

Over COVID, Zoom became part of our life and has brought many faraway members back into the club. So we hope to be able to continue to run a Zoom element.
