Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting

Tuesday 6^th October at 8pm, On-line

With the current COVID-19 pandemic and the Stage 4 Restrictions in place in Melbourne it has become necessary to conduct the 2020 AGM of the Range Rover Club of Australia, Victoria Branch Inc. remotely – by video conference

The meeting will be conducted using the Zoom™ video conferencing service, with monitoring by telephone available for those without an internet connection. Details for access to this meeting cand be found below.

If voting is required, we shall introduce and use Zoom’s polling facility. Unfortunately, only those connected via the Zoom online video conferencing application will be able to vote, there is no voting facility for anyone using their telephone to listen into the meeting.

AGENDA

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, held on 1^st October 2019.
2. Elect Executive and Committee Members from the nominations duly received for positions listed below.
3. To receive and consider:
   • The annual report by the President on behalf of the committee on activities during the year ended 30^th June 2020.
   • The financial statements for the year ended 30^th June 2020.
4. Any other business.

Nominations are sought for the following RRCV Executive and Committee positions which will be declared vacant and for re-election at the AGM:

Financial members of the Club are invited to nominate for any position. Nominations must be made on the Nomination Form and returned in person on the night. Members may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting. Proxies must be given to the President before the meeting.
