Committee Nomination Form

The Annual General Meeting is coming up on Tuesday 5th August.  At this meeting all Committee positions are declared vacant and elections are held.  You should consider if you can contribute to the running of the Club by nominating for a position on the committee.  Committee Nomination Forms were sent out with the last Torque - one is attached here too.

Avoca Trip details updated

Phill and Jane Collyer have updated plans for the Avoca-Pyrenees trip coming up on 3 & 4 May.  The trip will now be camping in the bush instead of in town.  And, if you'd like to get away but can only spare a day, Phill and Jane will be able to cater for day-trippers on either the Saturday or Sunday.

Panel discussion at April Meeting

Our Monthly meeting is coming up this week - on Tuesday 1 April, at the East Malvern RSL.  It will feature a panel discussion, with the working title "This is Women's Business". 

March Magazine Collating

UPDATE....

Due to a timing issue the magazine is not ready for collating this week...  So, collating on Wed 26 march is cancelled.  Magazines will be distributed at the club night next week and those not collected will be posted out. 

Navex 2008 coming up...

After the final check of the route this weekend all will be ready for RRCV Navex 2008 on Saturday week - 1st March.   All that is left now is for a few more members to sign up and come along...

High Country Huts Working Bee

Vicky and Ken Birch have received a request for support from the High Country Huts Association for a working bee on the March long weekend.  This may be of interest to members not going to Dargo.  If you are able to help, contact Michael Vanderzalm of VHCHA for more information.

Dargo weekend taking shape...

Plans for the Dargo weekend in March are coming together.  Mr Trips, Phill Collyer, has confirmed that the Spit Roast dinner will be on for the Saturday night.  He's also added camp fee information to the Trip Notes.  For more information see the Dargo Weekend.
