Bunyip State Forest
A day trip into the Bunyip State Forest, just past the familiar spots of Puffing Billy and the Gilwell Scout Camp. We will travel mainly on forest roads but we will find some trickier bits if that's what people want to do. Expect to light a fire at lunchtime and boil the billy. Come along and have a family day a week before Mothers Day! There are lookouts to see, walks to go on and perhaps even a watefall or two. Pace and terrain will be EASY.
Basic recovery gear needed. No shops or fuel after we leave Gembrook.
Meeting time and place: 9.30 am at Gembrook.
