An Australia Day weekend on the coast with some spectacular 4WDing in the Errinundra...
This is a basecamp trip at Cape Conran. We will plan to do one long day trip into the Errinundra Forest area (probably Sunday) and one shorter day trip into Croajingolong National Park. Cape Conran/Marlo area is a coastal region offering lots of outdoor activities. If you wish to do more day trips then other options are available. If you want to do less and spend more time with water sports then that is an option as well.
Errinundra N.P. is North of Cann River. It is a large park with spectacular views from the escarpment over rugged mountains to the coast. The N.P. has a number of 4WD tracks, short walks and rainforest walks.
Meeting Time and Place: Well, it's flexible. We will be arriving at the Caravan Park on Friday night, January 22nd. People can arrive then, or Saturday. The first trip will not be before Saturday afternoon. We will be heading home in the morning on Tuesday January 26th. Let us know your plans when you sign up.
